Service Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, and maintain testing equipment.

· Conduct training for customers on equipment usage (onsite and online).

· Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships.

· Gather feedback for product improvement.

· Prepare technical proposals and documents.

· Promote and sell material testing equipment (e.g., universal testing machines, hardness testers, Chamber etc.).

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering.

· 0-2 years in sales/service of QC material testing equipment.

· Proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems.

· Good English communication skills.
