Job Description
Position: Service Engineer – Home Cinema & Audio Visual Systems
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission high-end home cinema and distributed audio systems for premium residential projects
- Execute in-wall and in-ceiling speaker installations with precision and adherence to design standards
- Configure and integrate AV receivers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and control systems
- Perform system wiring, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise on-site activities and maintain quality, safety, and timeline compliance
- Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring productivity and skill development
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an AV / Home Cinema Technician or Service Engineer
- Strong expertise in premium residential audio-video systems including 5.1, 7.1, 7.2 channel systems and Dolby Atmos
- Proven experience in handling a team of 5+ members
- Experience working with multiple vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Sound knowledge of AV system installation standards, wiring practices, and calibration techniques
