Servicenow Architect

Description:

Discovered is engaged with a global consultancy to recruit a ServiceNow Architect to join their team on full time basis.

Ideal candidate should posses the following:

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience, 10 years of experience handling Enterprise Service Management tools (ITSM, ITOM and Automation), with at least 5 years on ServiceNow
• Able to frontend discussions, position ServiceNow and manage customer presentations
• Able to establish connect with counterparts in ServiceNow
• Able to understand Functional business requirements and able to convert into Technical use cases
• Hands-on experience with access to ServiceNow demo instances and able to do show and tell sessions. Manage POCs and POVs independently
• Able to assess customer ESM environments and come up with recommendations/roadmaps
• Should preferably be ITIL, ServiceNow CIS and Presales certified
