Primary Skills: EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex), data visualization and reporting tools.

Sec skills: cybersecurity and IT risk principles. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by capturing and documenting EHS requirements and ensuring they are delivered effectively in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders

• - Document business processes and requirements

• - Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• - Support UAT, training, and post-go-live adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - 5+ years as Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementations

• - Knowledge of workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, ISO 14001)

• - Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

• - Agile/Scrum delivery experience
