Description:
Our client, a Microsoft Partner, seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with strong on-premise experience to join their team for a 6-month initial contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining customized SharePoint on-premise solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support business processes and ensure platform performance, security, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint on-premise solutions (2013/2016/2019).
- Create workflows, web parts, event receivers, timer jobs, and custom pages using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
- Migrate and support existing content and applications from older SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement security protocols, permissions, and governance policies in SharePoint environments.
- Provide support for day-to-day SharePoint issues and troubleshoot user-reported problems.
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and data sources using APIs, REST services, and PowerShell scripting.
- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SharePoint On-Premise (2013/2016/2019).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in developing SharePoint custom solutions using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, lists/libraries, and permission models.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows (Nintex, Power Automate, or SharePoint Designer).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation and management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
