Description:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in Document Management Systems (DMS) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level document management solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate or property management sector, enabling them to understand business documentation workflows, approval processes, and integration needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based Document Management Systems (DMS) aligned with business needs.
- Configure and manage document libraries, metadata, and content types for efficient retrieval and storage.
- Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, or Nintex.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and project management tools.
- Implement and manage access controls, document versioning, and user permissions.
- Optimize SharePoint performance, usability, and scalability across departments.
- Provide technical support and conduct user training sessions on DMS usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer with a focus on Document Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019 / Microsoft 365 environment.
- Proven experience in developing and managing enterprise DMS solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Nintex Workflows.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs for SharePoint customization.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, and governance policies.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
