• Bachelors in civil Engineering
• approved Dubai Municipality as civil engineer " Preferred"
• minimum experience of 5 years in UAE
• proficiency in Autocad and Revit for shop drawings
• experience in QS, QA/QC
• experience in multistory building supervision and high luxury villas
• experience in materials selection and finishings
• On-site management and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in quality control and assurance
• Expertise in structural engineering
• Background in civil engineering
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
• holding a UAE driving license and a car
• a UAE resident
