Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site for all interior fit-out and joinery works
• Ensure work progress aligns with approved technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders for smooth execution
• Conduct consistent site inspections and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the project timeline
• Track materials, maintain work schedules, and prepare daily and weekly reports
• Uphold strict safety protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Represent the technical team during meetings and provide input on-site-related matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant technical field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, ideally in the GCC
• Strong understanding of joinery materials, detailing, and the interpretation of technical drawings
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and commonly used project management tools
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
