Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Fitout) to oversee and manage interior fitout projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality commercial, retail, or residential fitout works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate all site activities to ensure smooth execution of fitout projects.
- Prepare, review, and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports, site updates, and maintain documentation.
- Support project manager in cost control, variation claims, and project closeout.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in interior fitout projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
