Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Facility (Oil & Gas) to manage and supervise electrical and facility maintenance across key project sites. This role involves leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview:
• Lead and supervise Facility & Electrical Foremen and Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee building and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical guidance.
• Maintain workflow coordination between teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize CMMS tools such as SAP and MAXIMO to monitor, report, and track maintenance operations.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experiencein facility maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong knowledge of building and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of HSE compliance
• Proficiency in CMMS toolsincluding SAP and MAXIMO
