Site Engineer

Description:

D&D Group is seeking 3 Site Engineers with 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Dubai. Candidates must already be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor site progress and submit daily reports to management

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement team

* Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

* Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and BOQ

* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

* Support project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects

* Must be currently based in Dubai (no relocation)

* Knowledge of interior fit-out works and site execution processes

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong problem-solving and time management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
