Site Engineer

Brain Freeze UAE is seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects and ensuring construction activities are completed according to project specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates and possess a valid UAE driving license. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage site activities while maintaining project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, project progress updates, and documentation.

• Monitor project schedules and support the timely achievement of project milestones.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.

• Assist with material planning, quantity verification, and resource management.

• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an Interior Fit-out Site Engineer.

• Candidates must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced environment.
