Carbondale Dewatering Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineers to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career civil engineers looking to begin their professional journey in the dewatering industry.

The successful candidate will support site operations, ensure safety standards are followed, and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising day-to-day site operations.

• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate with site teams to support project execution.

• Monitor project progress and report site activities.

• Help maintain quality standards throughout project implementation.

• Support engineers and project managers with site documentation and coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 0–1 year of experience in civil engineering or construction.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work on-site and learn in a fast-paced environment.
