Description:

Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Facility (Oil & Gas) to oversee electrical and facility maintenance across critical project locations.

Role Overview:
Lead and supervise Facility & Electrical Foremen and Technicians to ensure effective building and electrical maintenance, smooth daily operations, and high service standards. Provide technical guidance, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong workflow coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of facility maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong understanding of building and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Solid HSE compliance knowledge
• Proficient in CMMS tools (SAP, MAXIMO)
