Site Logistic Coordinator

Description:

Ferropan Gulf Oilfield Services & Supplies LLC is looking for an experienced Site Logistic Coordinator to join its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in site logistics, HSE compliance, road safety, and ADNOC project requirements who can effectively coordinate daily site activities.

The successful candidate will oversee logistics operations, coordinate vehicle movements, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support efficient site operations. Candidates with excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site logistics activities and vehicle movements.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support daily operations.

• Monitor logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient site performance.

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures, site requirements, and safety standards.

• Assist in planning logistics operations and resolving site-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Site Logistic Coordinator. 

KnowledgeManagement

• Valid UAE Driving License (minimum 3 years).

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Experience in HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management.

• Hands-on experience with site inspections and documentation.

• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and site requirements.

• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of:
