Site Store Keeper

Description:

A leading project team is seeking an experienced Site Store Keeper to support a major construction and industrial project located in ICAD 4, Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience managing materials, inventory, and warehouse operations within substation construction environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing material receiving, stock control, inventory accuracy, and documentation management throughout the project lifecycle. This is a project-based opportunity with a 12-month duration, offering the chance to contribute to a critical infrastructure development while working in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of construction and substation materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material replenishment when required

• Issue materials to project teams while maintaining proper documentation

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are recorded accurately

• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure materials are stored safely

• Prepare inventory reports and support project material tracking activities

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure material availability

• Ensure compliance with project procedures and documentation requirements

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Store Keeper on substation construction projects

• Strong knowledge of material receiving, inventory control, and stock management

• Experience handling material issuance and warehouse documentation

• Familiarity with substation construction materials and site operations

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills
