Site Supervisor

Description:

Leak Lock Contracting is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Supervise site activities and ensure quality and safety of works.

🔹 Coordinate daily operations with project managers, engineers, and workforce.

🔹 Enforce and monitor safety compliance as per safety regulations and company standards.

🔹 Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site inspections.

🔹 Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

🔹 Pick up and drop laborers between site and accommodation (valid driving license required).

Requirements:

✅ Willingness and physical ability to work on roofs and in hot weather conditions

✅ Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively

✅ Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

✅ Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations

✅ Proven experience as Safety Officer and/or Site Supervisor

✅ Good communication and leadership skills

✅ HSE Certifications i.e. NEBOSH will be a plus point
