Immediate Joiner Required – Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)

Al Deraa Structural Steel Fixing & Contracting LLC is expanding its operations and is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee structural steel projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong on-site exposure who can handle supervision, coordination, and execution of steel works efficiently within UAE project environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day structural steel activities at the project site
• Coordinate closely with engineers, foremen, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively
• Ensure safety standards and site regulations are strictly followed
• Report site progress and challenges to project management

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years’ hands-on UAE experience in structural steel projects
• Strong site supervision and coordination capabilities
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory (non-negotiable)
• Good understanding of site operations, drawings, and steel fabrication/erection works
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
