We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Skincare Trainer to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-impact education and training, ensuring that our retail partners, spa teams, and internal staff fully embody the philosophy and technical expertise of our brand portfolio.

🌸 Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs for retail teams, spa professionals, and B2B clients across all brand lines.

- Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and seminars focusing on skin consultation, ingredient education, and treatment protocols.

- Actively participate in the development and leadership of our Japanese facial massage school, delivering expert instruction and technique refinement.

- Represent the company and its brands at industry seminars, exhibitions, training sessions, and wellness events.

- Act as a brand ambassador during marketing activations and exclusive product launches.

- Continuously update training materials to reflect new product innovations and evolving skincare practices.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance knowledge retention and brand consistency.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing & sales teams to align education with strategic brand positioning and messaging.

🧴 Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in skincare training, aesthetics, or professional beauty therapy, ideally within the luxury or holistic beauty sector.

- Practical experience or strong interest in facial massage techniques, especially Japanese or holistic methods, is a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in leading diverse audiences.

- Flexible with regional travel and adaptable to a fast-paced, premium brand environment.

- Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional standards.

- A valid driving license and access to a car are a plus.
