Description:
You own Bundle's content engine end to end: the strategy, the camera, the edit, the caption, the publish, and the comments. Not a coordinator who schedules what an agency made. Not an agency brief-writer. You are the studio.
You'll report directly to the founders and have real publishing autonomy from week one. There is no eight-person approval chain here, and we're not going to build one.
What you'll actually do
- Own content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a distinct native approach per platform. We do not repost one caption five times.
- Build and run a repeatable production system: a weekly shoot rhythm, a hook bank, a series-format library, and enough shot inventory that you're never scrambling on a Thursday.
- Shoot. Sometimes you're behind the camera with the founders, sometimes you're in front of it. Both need to be comfortable.
- Edit short-form yourself, at speed. Cuts, captions, sound design, motion text, thumbnails. A finished Reel in an afternoon, not a week.
- Use AI properly, as a production multiplier. Generative video and image for what we can't shoot, voice and dubbing so our content travels across languages, AI for research and variant generation. The taste still has to be yours.
- Turn founder-led content into a machine. Bader and Mostafa are genuinely good on camera and genuinely busy. Your job is to extract a month of content from ninety minutes of their time.
- Make the mechanism interesting. Explaining how pooled rewards work, in eight seconds, without a whiteboard, is the core creative challenge of this role.
- Live in the comments and DMs. Replies are content, not admin.
- Report on what worked and kill what didn't. We care about qualified attention, not vanity follower counts.
- Build a global creator and partner network.
What we need you to have
- Three to six years running social for a brand, a creator, or yourself, with public work you can point at. A portfolio or a live account beats a CV here, every time.
- Genuine strategic range. You can tell us why a format works, not just that it's trending.
- Hands-on short-form editing at a professional standard. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci. We don't care which, we care what comes out.
- Comfort on camera, and the confidence to direct other people on camera.
- Real, current AI fluency. You should have opinions about which generative video tool is actually usable this month, and be able to tell us where AI output is still obviously bad.
- Trend literacy that's up to date this week across TikTok, IG, X, and Facebook. Different platforms, different logic.
- Copy that sounds like a person. Plain, confident, funny when it should be, never corporate.
- The judgment to know which risks are worth taking, and which are the ones that get a rewards company in trouble.
Nice to have
- A clear view on why one format travels across audiences and another doesn't.
- Motion and design skills. After Effects, Figma, or code-based motion.
- Paid social, or experience working with creators and influencers.
- Fintech, rewards, gaming, crypto, or loyalty background. Anything where the compliance line is real.
- A second language.
