Purpose of The Job:

To conceptualize, create, and execute compelling content specifically tailored for social media platforms that aligns with brand strategies and engages target audiences. The Content Creator will be instrumental in translating brand narratives into dynamic, platform-optimized social media content that drives interaction, builds community, and enhances brand presence across various digital touchpoints.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content calendars aligned with each brand’s goals, audience, and voice.
• Create original, engaging content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Craft platform-specific copy, captions, and hashtags that drive engagement and align with brand tone.
• Produce and assist in the production of short-form videos, Reels, stories, static posts, carousels, and interactive content.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams to align messaging with brand identity.
• Track content performance metrics and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay up to date with content trends, platform algorithms, and emerging formats.
• Ensure brand tone, consistency, and storytelling excellence across all outputs.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of content creation experience, preferably in a branding or creative company. UAE experience is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with SEO basics and content performance tracking (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content creation are a strong plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Skilled in scheduling and publishing tools such as Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter).
• Ability to create and adapt content formats including carousels, stories, polls, live sessions, and interactive features.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, best posting times, and engagement tactics.
