TODA – Theatre of Digital Art, located in Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who specializes in short-form video content. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about producing engaging Reels, TikToks, and digital content in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The selected candidate will work on-site, capturing live events such as concerts, wellness sessions, and shows while creating and editing content that drives real audience engagement across social platforms. The focus of this role is creativity, speed, and authentic content creation that resonates with the Dubai digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) on-site at events.

• Create engaging content for concerts, wellness sessions, and live shows.

• Stay updated with trends and produce fast-turnaround social media content.

• Shoot, edit, and publish content using mobile tools and editing software.

• Build and grow an engaged local Dubai audience through creative storytelling.

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and audience engagement goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to shoot and edit your own content using mobile or editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats.

• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

• Based in Dubai and familiar with the local social scene.
