Description:

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Designer to manage, design, and execute content across all RXCO social platforms. This person will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics, short-form videos, and strategic content that drives engagement and strengthens our brand identity.

What You’ll Do

• Design branded social media graphics, carousels, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Plan, schedule, and post content across social platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars.
• Maintain brand consistency through all visual and written content.
• Monitor trends and apply them creatively.
• Assist with brainstorming marketing campaigns.

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in social media and digital storytelling.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
