Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands and platforms. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, organisation, and strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of real estate and brand-led storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Plan, build and maintain detailed social media calendars aligned with business objectives
- Create high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, short- and long-form video, interviews and podcasts
- Edit and produce content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
- Conduct market research
- Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas and new formats
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to source content and align messaging
- Monitor performance, engagement and trends to continuously optimise output
- Take ownership of social media execution, timelines and delivery across all channels
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a social media role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe software and multimedia content creation
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Solid real estate knowledge is essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work confidently within strict brand frameworks while remaining creative
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership in the role
- Fluent English speaking
