Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Cybercrime Investigator with an authentic hacking background to combat cybercrime activities across social media platforms. The role requires expertise in ethical hacking, digital forensics, and online fraud detection. The successful candidate will investigate account takeovers, phishing, impersonation, fake news campaigns, and data theft, while helping organizations build strong defensive strategies to secure their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate social media cybercrimes, including account takeovers, scams, ransomware spread, and identity theft,
• Perform ethical hacking and penetration testing on social platforms, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Trace and analyses digital footprints of hackers, fraudsters, and malicious groups.
• Work with IT, Legal, and social media teams to provide evidence, reports, and expert testimony.
• Monitor the dark web and deep web for threats targeting brand reputation or organizational data.

Educational & Professional Qualifications & Skills:

• Social media security analysis (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube).
• Hacking expertise: account exploitation methods, phishing kits, malware analysis.
• Forensics & evidence collection (FTK, EnCase, Autopsy).
• Scripting for automation & detection (Python, Node.js, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of GDPR, UAE Cybercrime Law, and international cyber regulations.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Digital Forensics.

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
• CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator)
