We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative social media executive to join our team. You will develop and implement social media calendars, copywriting, posting, and ideation for different clients to improve marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the social media team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, and implement Social Media Calendars
Oversees all company social media accounts management & posting
- Record Instagram Reels & Tiktoks
- Caption writing
- Community Management
- Assist with Social Media Performance Report
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Monitor user engagement
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Present to the Social Media Manager
Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and Tiktok
- Experience doing audience and buyer persona research
- Formulating a high-quality novel with written and visual content for each social media campaign
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Arabic is a plus
- The ability to take on various jobs & juggle multiple tasks
