We are looking for a talented Social Media executive to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio for their social media content and digital media requirements.
You should have solid experience in social media management and digital media planning & execution for awareness and performance campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a UAE-based agency as a Social Media/ Digital Marketing executive is mandatory
- Proven work experience in paid digital & social media – Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Snapchat, Tiktok
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with client front end servicing and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for clients and manage social and paid digital media requirements for clients – planning & execution
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Liason with the creative & community team to execute creative content for client social media accounts across platforms
- Set social media strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Suggest, design and implement digital first campaigns to increase customer ROI
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Report on web performance metrics
- Analyze digital campaigns success
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
