Luna PR is a global PR and marketing agency based in Dubai. We specialize in web3, crypto, blockchain and emerging tech clients. We work with events, startups, and businesses worldwide to provide customized PR plans and increase brand awareness and reputation. Our team combines their knowledge in technology and communication to provide a unique and effective approach for each client. We are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team! This is a mid-level role and you would report to the Head of Social Media.

Role Description and Responsibilities

• Content Creation - Develop and produce creative and engaging content for various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) that aligns with clients' messaging and goals.
• Community Engagement - Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong connections and positive relationships.
• Content Calendar - Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely delivery of content.
• Monitoring Trends - Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments within the Web3 and blockchain industries to leverage for content and engagement strategies.
• Analytics - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Collaboration - Collaborate with the PR and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader communication strategies and campaigns.
• Client Reporting - Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide clients with actionable insights for improvement.
• Paid Campaigns - Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong passion for and understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.

- Previous experience with social media management and content creation.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn about emerging technologies.

- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain trends is a plus.
