Hiring Account managers/ Social Media Executives to work with an award winning brand at Dubai

 

Key Responsibilities:

a) Account Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives

· Regularly communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and

address any concerns and/or feedback

· Manage client expectations, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality

standards

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers, Account Executives, and Creative

teams to ensure client needs are met

· Ensure that the agency processes and project management flows are followed diligently ie;

updating of the Monday.com tool, comms on Slack, etc.)

· Community Management: Monitor your allocated brands’ social media channels, respond to

comments and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner

· Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns,

such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and audience growth. Prepare regular reports

summarizing social content and campaign performance and providing actionable insights for

clients
