We are hiring a social media intern for Oak Foods. Responsibilities include:
- Handling the social media accounts of the company and publishing content.
- Generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring multiple social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Examining analytics data to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand, customers, product objectives, and all other service-related aspects.
- Interacting with customers or clients, offering service and/or sales assistance.
- Offering recommendations to management for enhancing customer experience on social platforms and internal procedures.
- Acquiring proficiency in internal software systems through learning and practice.
- Supporting in the creation of performance reports.
