BettingJobs are working with a well-established B2B service provider who offer tech, marketing, operations and payments solutions that specialise within South-East Asian markets, who are seeking to hire a Social Media Manager to join their office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create monthly content calendars with platform-specific goals.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals.
- Work with designers, video editors, and content writers to plan & publish engaging posts, reels, YouTube shorts, and full-length videos.
- Repurpose and localize content across platforms.
- Monitor trends and viral content to ensure timely and relevant posting.
- Track engagement, reach, growth, and conversion metrics using native analytics + third-party tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Identify and approach regional and international influencers relevant to the iGaming & fintech space.
- Negotiate and onboard influencers under affiliate performance deals or paid promotions.
- Coordinate campaigns, review influencer content, and track ROI.
- Manage posting schedules, titles, thumbnails, and keyword optimization.
- Coordinate with the video team for consistent uploads and content alignment.
- Respond to community comments and manage moderation.
- Engage with users in comments, DMs, and community threads.
- Run contests, polls, and AMA sessions to boost interaction.
- Collaborate with customer support to manage brand reputation and user feedback.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or community management.
- Experience with YouTube channel growth and content optimization.
- Prior exposure to iGaming, betting, crypto, or fintech sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of content trends, creator economy, and affiliate-driven growth.
- Basic graphic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc. are a bonus.)
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, outreach, and performance tracking.
