Social Media Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and fast moving Social Media Manager to join our Dubai-based creative and marketing agency.

 

Important: This role is strictly for candidates with previous agency experience.

If you have not worked inside a marketing, creative, branding, or advertising agency managing multiple clients simultaneously, please do not apply. Applications without agency background will not be considered.

 

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple brands across sectors such as:

• Hospitality

• Restaurants & Cafés

• Fragrance

• Beauty & Skincare

• Retail & Fashion

• Luxury & Lifestyle

• Russian speaking candidates are highly preferred. Fluent English is mandatory.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client social media accounts at the same time

• Create and execute monthly content strategies and posting calendars

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams

• Write captions aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and positioning

• Plan and supervise content shoots

• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates

• Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Facebook

• Handle client communication, approvals, revisions, and reporting

• Ensure deliverables are executed on time and at premium quality standards

• Work closely with creative and performance marketing teams

 

Requirements :

• Mandatory previous experience in a marketing/creative agency

• 2–4 years of social media management experience

• Proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously

• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform behavior

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Fluent English, spoken and written

• Russian language is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual aesthetics

• Dubai-based or available for immediate relocation
