Description:
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing with top-of-the-line creativity, ideation, planning, and analytical skills. The candidate must be self-motivated, driven and someone who has a proven track record. They will be responsible for managing the social media platforms, creating & executing social media strategies, and collaborating on 360 marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the social media function with a focus on generating conversions, bringing relevant traffic, and driving the growth and awareness of our brand
- Developing, managing, and growing our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
- Other social platforms
- Independently building content and creative strategies aligned with social media KPI’s as well as wider marketing KPI’s/initiatives
- Deliver monthly reports based on campaign performance
- Working with performance and marcomms in launching creative, out of the box ideas and campaigns
- Market research, competition analysis, and keeping up to date with market trends and knowledge
Required Experience
- Marketing or communications degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s social media market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Arabic would be a bonus)
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and manage teams.
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Out of the box thinking during a brainstorming session
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Exceptional attention to detail
