The Social Media Manager will develop and execute an integrated social media strategy that drives engagement, advocacy and audience growth for all of Farah Experiences Theme Parks and Attractions. The Social Media Manager will manage Farah Experiences social media workflow / channels, setting world class standards for social media marketing. They will work with the in-house and external content production team to develop engaging and brand-building content and with the media performance team to drive commercial and brand growth for all assets.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with the M ar k et i ng, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Influencer Management, Destination Marketing, Operations and C u s to m er s er vi c e t e a m s to ensure that social media plans / management is effectively integrated across the business.
 

  • Develop and execute a five year social media growth strategy using consumer insight, platform benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Develop a strategic annual social media marketing plan for all assets/channels.
  • Manage the content development relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat and other primary/key partnerships. Utilizing this information to advise the in-house / external production teams on creative and efficient ways to build content that connects with guests, maximize engagement, creates shareability and grow brand advocacy.
  • Manage all Farah Experiences Social Media accounts with strong inter-departmental collaboration on community / influencer management functions.
  • Develop partnerships and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders to build an integrated approach for social media planning and management.
  • Provide inspirational and creative ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
  • Adopt a data driven culture within the Marketing team by capturing and analyzing social media data insights and metrics, providing the roadmap and direction for future campaigns.
  • Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope.
  • Support with managing external agencies including media, social and Influencer functions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, PR and Digital Marketing teams to ensure development and execution of 360 fully integrated marketing calendar.
     

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
 

  • Bachelor degree in digital / social marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing/social and digital communications or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suits
  • Advance knowledge in managing social channels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve
  • Must be able to prioritize a demand workload and tight timelines
  • Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
