Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to raise brand awareness, attract new markets and leads, engage followers, and drive traffic to our social media pages, website, and programs. You should be open to learning and implementing design skills, as well as analyzing data and monitoring metrics in order to determine the success of the social media campaigns.
Essential Responsibilities
Quarterly
- Lead quarterly meetings to present campaign calendar that will host key launch dates, planning/execution and post phrases, hero and community events.
- Identify 1-2 new marketing opportunities per quarter to generate new ideas for growth and brand awareness, developing innovative concepts to help raise brand awareness.
- Manage marketing, social media and branding at all internal hero events, and a number of external events (to be specified and agreed upon in advance based on campaign calendar)
- Strategic direction and planning on social media channels for YouTube Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
- Lead and organize photo/ video shoots where necessary in advance for upcoming launches, events or wherever necessary.
Monthly
- Create and send 2 monthly newsletters per month to the Bia Warrior database relevant to upcoming events or promotions.
- Analyze data and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns. Present monthly analytical report of social media and marketing activity at the end of each month.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that social media efforts align with overall company goals.
• Maintain relationship with brand partners, and arrange product for events.
- Coordinate with relevant digital marketing lead to edit and deliver relevant content for Facebook / instagram ads.
- Maintain a detailed social media calendar prior to each month start. This includes selecting visual media from photography, videography, or creating content on Canva; and pre-scheduling content via relevant content scheduler.
Weekly
- Attend weekly team meetings and work sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that social media efforts align with overall company goals.
- Manage social media accounts and community engagement, including responding to direct messages, leads, and comments.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms. Social media accounts include Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Job Qualifications
- Must hold Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the fields of Graphic Design, Social Media or Marketing
- Someone who is a team player, communicative, collaborative, and willing to grow with the company on a long-term basis
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze metrics

- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be flexible and willing to work weekends occasionally if required
- Must be located in Dubai
- Knowledge and experience in paid digital marketing is favorable
