You’ll be the voice of Laine online, building a community through sharp and insightful content. From strategy to execution, your job is to make Laine the most relatable and talked-about legal tech brand on social media.
Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a creative, channel-specific content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create and manage a content calendar with daily publishing
- Work closely with the brand and legal teams to translate legal topics into accessible, bite-sized, and engaging posts
- Stay on top of trends and jump on viral moments (yes, legally).
Reels, Memes & Campaigns
- Conceptualising and producing relatable video content (scripted series, trends, hooks, etc.)
- Own the tone—Laine is smart, a little sassy, and very self-aware
- Launch and manage our “Did You Know,” “What is?” and “How Do I Say This Professionally?” series
Community & Influencer Engagement
- Collaborate with micro and mid-tier influencers and creators in legal, freelance, startup, and creator spaces.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers across platforms
- Assist in the creation of UGC campaigns and giveaways (like our Influencer Contract Checklist)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on data
- Provide monthly insights and creative recommendations
- Manage A/B testing and experiment with different content formats and tones
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in social media management (bonus if you’ve worked in tech, lifestyle, or creator spaces)
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of video trends (especially TikTok, IG Reels)
- Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Comfortable working with influencers and legal content
- Curious, proactive, and deeply online
- You can storyboard and shoot on your phone
- Fluent English
