We are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Ads Executive. who is passionate about content creation and digital storytelling and Running Digital Ads. The ideal candidate enjoys being in front of the camera, creating engaging UGC-style videos, and producing high-quality Reels that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create authentic UGC (user-generated content) style videos and short-form Reels that showcase our products, services, and brand, and be confident appearing on camera as the face of Nextoria and Other Brands across our social media channels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Capture photos and videos for social media campaigns and company events.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaign-focused content.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience creating and editing short-form videos and Reels.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Running Ads Across All Platforms (Meta, Google and LinkedIn) is Required
- Knowledge in Using Ai Marketing Tools is Required
