Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Eleva Communications. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, marketing strategy, and communication tasks on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ads and paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Analyze the performance of paid and organic social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and videographers, to produce impactful campaigns.
Required Software Skills
- Social Media & Content Tools: Buffer, Canva, WordPress
- Marketing & CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Advertising & Sponsored Ads: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
- Project Management & Analytics: MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Marketing Strategy: Understanding of Marketing Funnel Strategy & Social Media Ad Targeting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Communications.
- Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing sponsored social media ads.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, audience targeting, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media insights and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role is a must.
