Enigma, a creative event agency behind some of the region’s most talked-about experiences, is on the lookout for a fresh graduate or final-year student ready to break into the world of social media marketing.

This paid 3-month internship is your shot at joining a fast-paced, high-energy environment where creativity meets execution. You’ll work closely with our in-house marketing team – the engine behind the content you see across our socials – and be part of capturing the magic we create at events across the UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in planning, shooting, and scheduling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & more
• Creating and editing graphics, videos, and captions for our event showcases and campaigns
• Attending live events and activations to create on-the-ground content
• Contributing to content brainstorming and campaign ideas
• Monitoring engagement, helping with community management & reporting on insights
• Assisting in tracking paid ad campaigns & recommending improvements
• Support on company website updates of latest projects, case studies & events
• Assist the creative team with creative pitch decks

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with a love for storytelling through content
• Passionate about social media, events, and digital trends
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a solid team player
• Designing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro. etc)
• A strong communicator in English
• Excited by the world of events and experiences

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, or keyword research
• Familiar with design tools, video editing, or photography
• Background or interest in marketing, comms, branding, or digital media
