Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team on-site for a 2-month part-time contract. In this role, you will bridge content creation with lead conversion, using social media platforms to generate organic interest, drive inbound inquiries, and actively close prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Strategy: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase course highlights, upcoming events, and success stories.
• Lead Generation & Social Selling: Leverage organic social posts, active community engagement, and direct messaging (DMs) to identify, cultivate, and qualify prospective B2B/B2C leads.
• Inbound Sales & Conversions: Promptly handle social media inquiries, conduct program briefings (in-person or via follow-up calls), and guide prospects through the registration process.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Execute targeted promotional drives for short courses, workshops, and webinars, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track campaign reach, engagement rates, DM conversion metrics, and sales revenue to continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Location: Must be based in Dubai and available to work on-site during designated part-time hours.

Experience: Proven experience managing business social media accounts combined with direct sales, tele-sales, or lead generation responsibilities.

Content Skills: Hands-on experience with short-form video/graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) and fluent copywriting abilities.

Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills; persuasive and comfortable pitching offerings face-to-face or over the phone.

Mindset: Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive in turning social media engagement into paying clients.
