Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a social media specialist to handle the day-to-day social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Location: Sharjah & Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing strategies and design engaging social media campaigns.

• oversee and delivers content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Social baker, Hootsuite, Asana, and later.

• create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.

• develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the establishment and the brand.

• manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media comments and messages and developing discussions.

• scout and build relationships with influencers across social media platforms.

• monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

• research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

• undertake audience research.

Candidates need to.

• Have 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design.

• Have a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers.

• Have Knowledge of digital photography and the ability to shoot images and videos for multiple content platforms, edit photos and videos.

• Have strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful caption to using effective storytelling techniques.

• Have strong communication and people skills.

• Be curious and plugged into evolving trends, platforms, and approaches; actively seeks out and propose new ideas to help achieve our goals.

• Have knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Adobe Suite, Video editing software, and mobile editing apps.

• Have excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.

• Have the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

• Have an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.

• Have motivation and commitment.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience.

• Have a driving license.
