Social Media Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a results-driven freelancer or part-time Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale Instagram/Facebook advertising campaigns targeting parents in Dubai and Western Europe. The focus is on lead generation for consultations, sensory integration, and intensive programs.

Scope of Work:

Plan and launch Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns

Target high-income parents, especially expats and Western Europeans in Dubai

Use custom and lookalike audiences where possible

Optimize campaign for WhatsApp messages, website visits, and direct bookings

Requirements:

Proven track record with Instagram campaigns in the healthcare or luxury sector

Deep understanding of targeting UAE + EU demographics

Meta Ads certification preferred

Based in UAE or has previous experience targeting the UAE market

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)


Engagement:

Part-time / project-based (potential for long-term engagement)

Remote, with WhatsApp or Zoom check-ins
