Untitled Co. is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist (Arabic Speaking) to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. The ideal candidate is a social media expert who understands content trends, audience engagement, and platform analytics to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop compelling and on-brand content, including posts, captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and design teams to align social media content with overall brand messaging.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Experience in paid advertising, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
