Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with our brand's objectives and identity with specific KPIs

 

Paid Advertising: Proficiency in META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads creation, and Google Ads to effectively manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

 

Brand Ambassador/Influencer Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns across the GCC region, from the initial ideation to tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Liaise with agencies for content creation and execution.

 

Influencer Reporting: Analyze the impact of influencer partnerships, track metrics, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns. Implement changes based on insights gathered.

 

Event Activations: Plan and execute in-store event activations for important seasonal launches such as National Day, Ramadan, Back to School, and more, ensuring a strong online presence and engagement during these events.

 

Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant captions, content calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe software is a plus.

 

Software Proficiency: Utilize social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software to streamline and optimize social media efforts.

 

Public Relations (PR) Collaboration: Collaborate with external PR agencies to plan and execute PR campaigns that align with the brand's objectives. Work closely with the agency to develop PR strategies that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.

 

Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for social media campaigns & PR, ensuring efficient spending and delivering maximum ROI.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest) and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads creation, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and influencer reporting.
  • Familiarity with Adobe software for content creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
