I am recruiting for a Software Engineering Team Lead on behalf of a high growth scale-up who've made a huge impact into the iGaming/sportsbetting in the last 3 years.

Quickly growing to over 100 people in that time, their platform has captured significant market share in South America and Canada,, and they are targeting the Asia market next.

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you'll be joining the Sports Betting team, which is an exciting new venture the company has recently launched - working alongside a super experienced Software Development Manager and 7 other Midweight Developers.

As someone coming in with expert knowledge of the sports betting development world, you will upskill the team in this area, owning the architecture for the product - this role will be a blend of hands on designing & developing as well as people leadership

Their tech stack includes NestJS, Typescript, React, Node, Python and Angular, DynamoDB, Postgres, Redis, Cloudflare and Docker - but they are open minded to people with different technical backgrounds providing you have the industry experience.

Ideally you'll also have experience with leading teams but again, they are open minded to Senior Developers joining and progressing quickly!
