We are hiring Software Implementation Executive / Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced Software Implementation Executive / Consultant to manage complete end-to-end software implementation projects for clients across the UAE. This role requires a professional who can confidently handle client requirements, system configuration, training, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with UAE business practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software implementation for assigned clients from initiation to go-live
• Gather, document, and analyze client business requirements in detail
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific client needs
• Coordinate closely with internal development, technical, and support teams
• Oversee data migration, system testing, and go-live activities
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals and documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system-related issues
• Maintain detailed implementation reports and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE business processes and regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and training sessions (online and offline)
• Manage client expectations, feedback, and change requests professionally
