Software System Engineer

Description:

• System engineer to be trained to work on our novomind iAGENT platform to setup and configure it in both testing and production environments.

• Interaction with project stakeholders to dynamically ensure the synchronization of work tasks.

• Troubleshoot production issues to address technical commitments and boost sustainability.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Entry to Middle level (3-5 years experience) as Software System Engineer.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in system engineering, including OS (Windows/Linux), web services (Apache/IIS), and database administration (Oracle, SQL).

• Experience with Docker container deployment and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).

• Familiarity with VOIP, SIP technologies, and call center infrastructure is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications (Preferred or Required):

• Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) – for Linux environment competence.

• Docker Certified Associate (DCA) – to validate skills in Docker environments.

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – for orchestration expertise.

• AWS or Microsoft Certified or equivalent cloud-related certifications – valuable for hybrid/cloud setups.

General Requirements:

• Fluent English and Arabic speaker is a must.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Candidates based only in Dubai will be accepted.

• Flexibility for business travel within GCC or Europe when required.

• Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and development environments.
