Solar Operations Specialist

Description:

We seek a versatile professional to support EURONET’s solar projects through technical administration, CRM management, and Odoo operations. This hybrid role combines engineering knowledge with administrative excellence to streamline our renewable energy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Solar Project Support:

• Assist engineers with project documentation, BOQs, and technical reports
• Maintain solar system databases (components, installations, warranties)

🔹 CRM & Odoo Management:

• Update client/project records in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho/etc.)
• Process orders/tickets in Odoo ERP system
• Generate operational reports for management

🔹 Coordination:

• Liaise between engineering, sales, and logistics teams
• Schedule site visits and client meetings

Requirements:

✔ Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy) or

✔ 2+ years in admin roles with technical exposure (solar/construction preferred)

✔ Must have hands-on experience with:

• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Odoo modules (Inventory, Sales, CRM)
• Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ✔ Basic understanding of solar components (PV panels, inverters, batteries)
