Solution Architect Sap Public Sector

Description:

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep SAP expertise to lead the development of a next-generation digital services platform within the public sector. The role is highly strategic and involves driving end-to-end integration of government services into SAP, enabling full automation, improved workflows, and a citizen-centric digital experience. You will work across SAP Public Sector, SAP CRM, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP BTP, and related integration patterns. The assignment requires close collaboration with engineering, UX/CX, data teams, and ministry stakeholders while owning product strategy, backlog management, requirements, and agile delivery. You will play a key role in shaping a fully integrated, proactive and data-driven service ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who:
 

• Has 7+ years of experience in product management of complex digital products
• Has strong hands-on expertise with SAP platforms (SAP Public Sector, SAP CRM, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP BTP)
• Can lead end-to-end SAP service integrations and workflow automation using rules engines, workflow tools, notifications, and document generation
• Is experienced in backlog ownership, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and driving agile sprint planning
• Can review and evaluate FSD/BRD documentation, workflow diagrams, integration specifications, and test scenarios
• Communicates complex SAP concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Has experience leading UAT processes, release management, and coordinating cross-functional delivery
• Works data-driven with KPIs, insights, and continuous improvement
• Has strong stakeholder management skills and can influence decision-making at multiple levels

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Analytics
• Experience from government or large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Experience setting up product operations in JIRA and Confluence
• Background in UX/CX-oriented service design
