Sous Chef to be one in our kitchen, inspired by the vision of the owners about the brand.

You will have a free and delicious way to make things well. It's a cloud kitchen concept.

One brand starting and expanding. Starting concept Burgers and Pizzas, growing into full cuisines. We are looking for a candidate who has relevant experience and is ready to manage his own kitchen. Create a delicious meal, and later on, hire the staff and expand.

The one who is the Visionaire with the eagerness to grow and achieve growth.

 

The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will employ culinary and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

A Sous Chef will be reporting directly to the owner.

Sous Chef Duties & responsibilities:

• Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus

• Produce high-quality plates both design and taste wise

• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary

• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule and assess staff’s performance

• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

• Being responsible and complying with and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

• Experience in creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes

• Supervising all kitchen stations

• Supervising, motivating, and working closely with other Chefs of all levels

• Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

• Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
